I Have Always Wanted...

I am currently #14445 on TTLB (exact ranking fluctuates, of course). Some of my more interesting new neighbors include The Mooted Point at #14433; The U of C's Nobody Sasses a Girl in Glasses at #14463 (Tell Martha Nussbaum I said hi); The Idea Man (Men?) at #14473; 40 Hours of Television at #14475. Neighbors, nice to make your e-quaintance. Everybody else, stop on over and check them out.

She was the just first UC Faculty member to come to mind; for some reason it slipped my mind that I have Becker & Posner on my links bar.

Well, I'm not a law student, so I don't have those kinds of connections. But at least they're not Nussbaum. I would be sad if she were the first person to be associated my school. Can we at least get Milton Friedman?

C&F is on my favorite books list of my profile page, and I have one of Friedman's trading cards. I didn't mention Uncle Miltie because I thought he and Rose had retired and were living in San Francisco now. And of course I missed mentioning Leavitt even though I just got done blogging about some Freakonomics stuff.

Cackle... Fred Rodgers.

Pleased to make your acquaintance as well, and thanks for mentioning my site in one of your posts (I was convinced few read it). I linked to your site, I hope you do not mind.

Had to point out your Adventure Comics to my friend at Musing, Meandering, he spoofed a cover for Captain America recently.
