Loophole Response; Hitchens on Gibson; How to Make Working Gorilla Masks
Real quick:
- In response to J.C. Loophole's request for further scans, no prob. I was just talking about that this afternoon. Give me until the weekend.
- Christopher Hitchens blasts off on Mr. Gibson's recent comments. Excerpt: One does not abruptly decide, between the first and second vodka, or the ticks of the indicator of velocity, that the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion are valid after all.
- Be sure to check out the recently blogrolled Modern Mechanix, which features visions of the future from the past. For instance, here is an article titled "Mechanical Secrets of Movie Gorillas," complete with illustrations.

Looking forward to seeing them, thanks!
In regards to advertising and human psyhcology- see (if you haven't already- it may be in your library) the works of Thomas Hine. In particular, Populuxe (which looks at design history and consumer psychology after WWII) and The Total Package: The Total Package: The Secret History and Hidden Meanings of Boxes, Bottles, Cans, and Other Persuasive Container (kinda self explanatory). Good stuff- I've been using him and some others in my research and writing. I need to read more about Springmaid now too.
I have read your article and trust me it was worth written you have mentioned everything about coupons really well.
