Here are a few DVDs coming out soon that I am looking forward to checking out:

• Boondocks: The Complete First Season (Uncut and Uncensored) -- Do I agree with everything that Boondocks creator Aaron McGruder puts on paper? No. Is he funnier than Hell and unafraid to air potentially unpopular opinions? McGruder interviews here, here, and here. And here's McGruder's MySpace page.
• The concert video No Sleep 'Til Liverpool by bluegrass AC/DC cover band Hayseed Dixie. Cool metal quirk: Being released on 6-6-6.
• Shakespeare Behind Bars, about the activity of a Shakespearean theatre company made up entirely of prison inmates, looks like an interesting documentary.
